Exploring the Mathematics Curriculum at USHS

Curriculum is a set or a system of plans and arrangements regarding learning materials that can be followed in teaching activities. The curriculum includes various aspects of learning, such as the subjects taught, the competency standards that students must achieve, the teaching methods used, and the assessment of learning outcomes. Curricula in each country are certainly different. Currently, in Indonesia, the Merdeka Curriculum is being implemented.

In conducting teaching practice at USHS, there is certainly a curriculum that I must follow. The curriculum I use is different from the curriculum in Indonesia. The material I teach includes topics ranging from parallel lines and the triangle angle-sum theorem to classifying quadrilaterals. Here are the mathematics topics in the USHS 7th-grade class.
